Childcare Floater Educational Assistant

The Childcare Floater EA provides support across multiple classrooms, assisting staff wherever help is needed throughout the day. This flexible and essential role ensures smooth daily operations and contributes to a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally supportive activities.
• Assist lead and assistant teachers with daily routines, including meals, playtime, and transitions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks, staff absences, or provide additional support.
• Follow all center policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
