Bilingual Child Care Director

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our child care program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for children. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a nurturing environment for both staff and students. The Child Care Director will play a crucial role in shaping the educational curriculum and guiding the professional development of educators within the program.

Duties

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
• Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with parents to foster strong relationships and support children's learning at home.
• Manage administrative tasks including enrollment processes, budgeting, and record keeping.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
• Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in education administration.

Requirements

• A degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working with students in a child care or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
