Requirements

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and create sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team, including hiring and training new team members, setting performance expectations, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Sales Performance Management: Experience in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and expanding the customer base.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Ability to forecast sales targets, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate sales reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts with clients or partners.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies and differentiate the company's offerings.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management. Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to foster collaboration and achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
